I understand that whitewater rafting involves inherent risks. I release Chabad of Knoxville, its staff, and chaperones (Rabbi Yossi and Miriam Esther) from any liability in the event of injury or accident. I also authorize the chaperones to seek medical attention for my child in case of an emergency.
